
{ORDERS/DELIVERY}
Couture Closet dresses are made to order, which means production will not begin until we have received all necessary signed documents and payment from all members of the bridal party. Standard production time is 12-16 weeks. We do not guarantee ship dates. Your dress will be shipped to Couture Closet, however we can ship the dress directly to you once it has arrived at Couture Closet for a $25 shipping fee. Please call to make shipping arrangements when the dress arrives.
{PAYMENT}
There are NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS on any deposits. All special order merchandise is a final order and is not subject to change, exchange, cancellation or refund. All special order merchandise requires a 50% non refundable deposit. If a wedding or event is canceled, the person signing this contract is responsible for full payment of all merchandise with deposits or remaining balances.
Customer will be notified by phone, email, or by mail that special order merchandise has arrived. Customer must notify The Couture Closet in writing of changes in address, phone number, or email. Once you have been notified your dress has arrived, your balance is due within 14 days. The Couture Closet is authorized to charge the credit card on file for your order in the amount of your balance. If you do not wish for your card to be kept on file, the payment must be made in full when the dress is ordered.
{SIZING/ALTERATIONS}
All special orders are ordered according to the manufacturer size chart, not custom made to fit. The Couture Closet assumes no responsibly for the size being ordered. The size is your decision based on the manufacturers size charts and our professional suggestions at The Couture Closet. Please go with the larger size if you are deciding between two sizes.
If you are taller than 5 foot 9 inches you may have to order extra length. And if you need to order a size 18 or larger you may need to order a plus sized dress. Both of these may result in extra charges.
No alterations are done by The Couture Closet, but alterations are normally required. Seamstress recommendations can be made, but The Couture Closet assumes no responsibility for the acts of third parties.
