This year we have chosen to feature Lis Simon and San Patrick as our two Bridal Trunk Shows.  Both designers have impeccable style and the most amazing prices!  From the tradional classic to super couture they have you covered.  

What is a Trunk Show?  A Trunk Show is when a designer sends us their current collection and best selling wedding gowns to showcase at our shop for usually one weekend only.  During a Trunk Show we will offer a 10% discount off your special order dress.  The big benefit of attending a Trunk Show is that you get to view and try on the wedding dresses that are typically not in the bridal boutique.  Appointments are required as there are limited number of spots available.    Call us today to schedule yours!  502.225.0305

So many lovely ladies give themselves deadlines when they are dress shopping, and every year we hear the same thing in November.  "I have to make myself buy a dress before Christmas."  Well because it is the season for giving and all we decided to make committing to that perfect dress in December all the more exciting!  {Yay!  I am so excited to tell you!}...

When you purchase your wedding gown in the month of December we are letting you pick a gift out from under our very stylish Christmas trees!  Open the gift and see what you get {a big discount on your dream dress maybe?  Perhaps a fabulous designer accessory?  Could it be your choice of amazing wedding shoes?  Or maybe half off your bridal alterations?}  'Tis the season of giving, so we want to give to you!

{ Winter Coat Drive }

During the Holidays we often times get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the to do's, gifts, festivites and forget about the people and organziations who rely on our help to feed and clothe the needy in our community!  We ask you to join us in collecting new and gently used winter coats in all sizes.  From now until December 23rd we will be a drop off spot  and then distribute the coats to Maryhurst and Wayside Christian Mission.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call us at 502.225.0305.

Sara Gabriel Veil, Headpiece, & Accessory {Trunk Show}

Ladies it is that time of the year again for our Annual Fall Sara Gabriel Veil, Headpiece, & Accessory Trunk Show!  Scheduled for the first weekend in November, 4th through the 6th!  You will find the Colorado Designer's beautiful hand-crafted hairpieces, jewelry, veils, and belts from her past collections and the styles just showcased at New York Bridal Market!  On top of that, during the {3} day event you will receive 10% off your purchase!  Appointments are required; please call 502.225.0305 to schedule.

~ WEAR YOUR HAIR HOW YOU WILL ON YOUR WEDDING DAY : You may not know exactly the style, but you have a rough idea!  {half up/half down, up, or completely down}

~ BRING A CAMERA : Be sure to snap a picture of the hairpiece in your hair as your hair stylist may want to see exactly what you plan on wearing for the Big Day!

~ BRING YOUR DRESS OR A PICTURE OF IT : If you have purchased your dress from Couture Closet, we have a few options; we may still have the sample so you can use ours, bring your dress if you already have it, OR if the sample has sold we can remember the details of the dress or can refer to it online!  If you did NOT purhcase your dress from Couture Closet we recommend bringing the dress or a picture.  If you have any close up pictures that would be helpful as we like to see beadwork styles, pearls, crystal colors, etc so we can help select the {perfect} bridal look!

Plus Size {aka Curvy Girl} Bridal Fashion Trunk Show {October 28 - 30}

Couture Closet could not be happier {or more excited} to host our 1st Curvy Girl Trunk Show featuring our Private Label Carrafina!  We totally understand how frustrating and hard it is for a Curvy Girl to go wedding dress shopping.  Most of the sample dresses out there are for girls that wear 8 to 12 in street clothes, so forget it if you might have some assets that make you a little wee bit bigger.  So we were completely thrilled to hear that Carrafina is now offering the Plus Size {aka Curvy Girl} Trunk Show with all the samples ranging from size 18 to 28!  The gown styles are from classic to couture and prices range from $900-$1,800 {plust absolutly NO up-size charges.  WOOHOO!}.  And to make it even better, Couture Closet will offer any bride who purchases during the {3 day} event 10% off their gown!
