Annual Spring Sample Sale

 

It's that time of year again.  Time to "clean out our closet" {if you will} and pass the savings on to you! Some Sample Sale Tips:

•  Most important: BE SURE to schedule your appointment
• To keep things fair for everyone we won't hold dresses, so come ready to say "yes"!
•  The dresses are sold "as is" and the dress is marked down accordingly and is firm
•  Our sample gowns are in fantastic condition but some might need a little cleaning or love
•  There are no returns or exchanges once the dress is purchased
•  Bring only one or two people with you because Sample Sale days are BUSY and lots of people makes things hectic

It's time for our Annual Spring...Sara Gabriel Veil & Headpiece Trunk Show

Are you still looking for the stunning piece or pieces for your wedding day look?  If so, call us now!  Year after year we host our annual Spring Sara Gabriel Veil & Headpiece Trunk Show.  We always book up completely for this event.  Sara Gabriel is a Colorado based designer, hand making everything in her Denver studio {can we say YES to made in the AMERICA}.  She offers a look for the Traditional bride to the bride who wants the edgy Couture look! And don't just think she only does veils and headpieces....she has stunning belts and some exquisite jewelry pieces.

During the 3 day event we offer all Sara Gabriel merchandise at 10% off!  {an extra little bonus}

TIPS:

• If you are a CC Bride then we already know what your dress looks like!  As long as we have the sample still in our store, you are more than welcome to put it on before trying on accessories.  If you are NOT a CC Bride, we suggest bring a picture of your dress and or the actual dress if you already have it in your possesion.  
• Wear your hair how you are planning to wear it on the wedding day
• Bring your camera!  Sometimes it is great to take a picture for the hairdresser so she knows how the piece or pieces properly should go into your hair.

Sample Sale is approaching....October 26th through 28th

Ladies we are almost one month out from our annual Fall Sample Sale.  You may ask what is a Sample Sale and why do we host it annually.....

Well, a Sample Sale is when we take our samples that brides have tried on and put those samples on sale.  Most of the time you can find the sample dresses marked 50-70% off, but there are a few that are even 90% off; yes...can you believe that?!

Since you are not ordering the dress and purchasing the actual sample dress, it will be sold as is.  In the color, size, and condition you see.  

There are various reasons to why a dress is in the sample sale: it has been discontinued, we have stopped carrying the designer, sometimes we want the dress to be saleable before the condition of it is too worn out.  And then there are plenty that just go on sample sale because we just went to Fall Bridal Market and ordered so many dresses and we have to make room!  We don't want to let them go, but we have too!  That is why we have to annually clean out our "Closet" :)

You will find that most of our samples are in AMAZING condition and do NOT need to be dry cleaned.  Most of our samples run in size 10-12's {which relates to street size clothes 6-12}.  Appointments are required and because this is such a big event we can host up to 4 appointments at one time and give each bride 1 hour to do her shopping.  Be ready to purchase that day because we do not HOLD any dresses.

Sara Gabriel Trunk Show {November 2nd - 4th}

Hello Brides to be!

Just a reminder we are a little less than 3 months out from our Semi-Annual Sara Gabriel Veil & Headpiece Trunk Show scheduled for November 2nd - 4th.  For any of you that may need some information on this fabulous designer/event {here we go}......Sara is based in Denver Colorado.  Such a talented lady hand crafting all of these designs and making them in the USA! Designs from the traditional to couture, she has got you covered.  And if you don't find what you are looking for, we can usually have it custom made!

You will have the opportunity to view her entire collection! {YES, that IS seriously what we said!}  On top of that, during this weekend Couture Closet will offer 10% off any Sara Gabriel order(s) placed.
